Bacon and Barrels

Born from the “Bacon and Bourbon festivals” around the nation… the Jackson County Expo and Ubhill One Concessions have created Bacon and Barrels for Southern Oregon! This event offers participants’ extensive bacon sampling, distilled spirit samples, whiskey lectures, bacon-inspired appetizer samples, live entertainment, and even a full bacon bloody Mary bar.

 

Each of the sessions will have it's own unique "flavor" so choose your Session wisely!

 

Friday Evening: Features a tournament-style competition where bartenders from around the valley bring their skills to create the most extraordinary drinks possible. A panel of judges will ultimately select the best drink.

Saturday Mid-day: The fun continues with bacon and drink samples along with a full bacon-themed bloody Mary bar. With live music, you are assured of a great time.

Saturday Evening: Date Night for Bacon and Barrels, “For the Love of Bacon” bring that special someone and enjoy the evening.
